  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks company account.
  2. Now click on the plus sign button. This is usually located on the top of the navigation bar.
  3. From there click on the Receipts tab.
  4. This will display all the transaction you made so far.
  5. Now enter the details of the deposit you want to make.
  6. Select on the deposit method you would like to go for. Is it cash or cheque.
  7. Now click on the Save button on the bottom of the screen and this will complete your transaction and this will create a deposit in QuickBooks without creating an invoice.
