Capital One 360 accounts to QB for Mac

Connect Capital One 360 Accounts to QuickBooks for Mac

I am trying to connect my “Capital One 360 accounts to QB for Mac“. I’ve tried both my Cap One 360 user name and password AND the username and access code.

It DOES work now!! I talked to a Capital One rep who told me what to do. Sorry, but I don’t remember the complete instructions but it involves “logging in not at the usual Capital One 360” site but at a new Spark Business site sparkbusiness.capitalone.com. Log in with your bank acct credentials. Then click the icon of the head to go to your profile. Then click Access Code. this is what you’ll use in QuickBooks.
