How to Fix QuickBooks Error Code 15270?
Follow the below-listed steps properly for the successful error resolution.
Solution 1: Reset QuickBooks
- Close and start QuickBooks again
- When the QuickBooks Update Service window is displayed -> click Install Later
- Select Help -> Update QuickBooks
- Choose the Reset Updates dialog box
- Click the Update Now button.
- Click Ok, when the confirmation dialogue appears.
- Once the system is fully updated, you will receive a message saying “Quickbooks updated successfully”.
- Restart QB program once again
- In case the QB Update message is displayed then choose the Install Now tab. The update will be completed successfully.
- Navigate the Employees tab. Click on to get the payroll updates and this will download any updates if there will be any.
- Before clicking on the updates button, make sure that you have check marked the “Entire payroll updates” box.
- Now choose the update button.
Solution 2: Rename Paysub.ini
- On the system where the error has occurred download and run PayrollSubini.exe. This tool may need to be run on many systems in case you are in a network environment.
- Click on Employees and select to Get Payroll Updates.
- Ensure download entire payroll update is highlighted.
- Then choose Update.
