- Microsoft Office versions are compatible with the software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Verify that Microsoft Office Suite is installed by going to Control Panel > Uninstall Programs or Programs and Features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Microsoft 365 is frequently installed through the Windows App Store and is not displayed in the Control Panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Open Word, Excel, etc., and select File > Account > Manage Account from the context menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- This will take you to Office.com, where you can log in with the credentials displayed above the Manage Account button. Installation must be done locally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- By entering the program’s name in the start menu and selecting uninstall, you can remove the Office that was downloaded from the Windows App Store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Solution 2: Modify Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Begin by choosing Report & Forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- To view a report, right-click it and then you have to select Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Solution 3: Excel is grayed out while loading the report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- When the report has finished loading, click somewhere on it to make it active, then check to see if Excel is no longer grayed out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
