The business owner is the first person who goes ahead and <a href=\"https:\/\/askforaccounting.com\/sage\/sage-50-keeps-asking-to-update-register-or-activate\/\">register<\/a>s themselves with Sage Accounting. The user will see \u2018(Owner)\u2019 written next to their company name at the top of the screen when they log into Sage Accounting as the business owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three types of subscriptions are available for users that provide different types of functionalities to the users. The users are free to select whichever subscription package that is best suited to their business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are the types of subscriptions available, and the functionalities that are provided with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accounting Start<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales invoicing, Taking card and online payments, Tracking what you\u2019re owed, Connect your bank, Reports and insight, Taking care of (Undefined variable: Variables. The user will see \u2018(Owner)\u2019 written next to their company name at the top of the screen when they log into Sage Accounting as the business owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the user has logged in as the business owner, they can simply proceed to make any changes that they wish to make to their Payroll subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Heres_how_users_can_proceed_to_add_payroll_to_their_existing_subscriptions\"><\/span>Here\u2019s how users can proceed to add payroll to their existing subscriptions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, the user needs to select \u2018<strong>Manage Business Account<\/strong>\u2019, which can be found in the drop-down menu that is located next to their company name at the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After select the option titled \u2018<strong>Subscription and Invoices<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, required to choose the option titled \u2018<strong>Manage My Subscription<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then user is then required to choose the option titled \u2018<strong>Manage Services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thereafter select the option titled \u2018Manage My Subscription\u2019, the user is then required to select the <strong>payroll product<\/strong> that they wish to add to their current subscription, depending on the number of employee records that they require.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then you can simply press \u2018<strong>Subscribe<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User needs to select the \u2018<strong>Continue<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, the user can just press \u2018<strong>Finish<\/strong>\u2019, and their subscription will have been added successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can also add the number of employees that best suit their business requirements with the different subscription plans that are offered by Sage. This helps the user in ensuring that they are only paying for what they absolutely require and nothing else. There is a maximum of 50 employees that can be added to the subscription, and the following are the various benches:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payroll 5 (1 -5 employees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 10 (6 &#8211; 10 employees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 15 (11 &#8211; 15 employees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 25 (16 &#8211; 25 employees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 35 (26 &#8211; 35 employees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 50 (36 &#8211; 50 employees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 75 (51 &#8211; 75 employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll 100 (76 &#8211; 100 employees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are free to pick any one of these subscription plans and then they can move forward to adding the employees to the subscription. Here\u2019s how users can proceed with adding the employees to the subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, the user needs to select \u2018<strong>Manage Business Account<\/strong>\u2019, which can be found in the drop-down menu that is located next to their company name at the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, select the option titled \u2018<strong>Subscription and Invoices<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then required to choose the option titled \u2018<strong>Change number of Licences<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, the user can just press \u2018<strong>Finish<\/strong>\u2019, and their subscription will have been updated successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Cancel_Sage_Subscription\"><\/span>How to Cancel Sage Subscription<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are free to cancel their subscriptions with Sage anytime if they no longer require the services that the subscriptions provide, or if they are dissatisfied with the services that are offered with these subscriptions. The users will need to keep a few points in mind before they proceed to cancel their subscription, which are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the subscription has been cancelled, users will no longer be provided the access to their data through your Sage solution after the expiry date of their subscription arrives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before the user can proceed to cancel their subscription, it is recommended that the user print any information that they might require in the future, such as their balance sheets, profit and loss report and trial balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the user\u2019s final payment is taken will be determined by the date in the month that the user cancels their subscription. It is highly recommended that the user read the \u2018Your Final Payment\u2019 section below for any questions that they have regarding the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After these things have been taken care of, the user can proceed to cancel their subscriptions with Sage.
