When setting up a connection to a Rabobank account you need to:

Logon to Rabobank
Go to your account settings
Click on “Manage Direct Connections”.
Enable direct connection (you’ll be led through a verification process)
Flush your browser history and close your browser
Reopen and login to quickbooks
Connect your Rabobank account (will work now)
